KS Operators was formed to acquire and operate one established business in the greater Atlanta area. We are not a private equity fund or short-term buyer. Our goal is to step into a strong existing business, support its team, preserve what makes it successful, and build on that foundation over time.

Hugh Shannon
Hugh brings hands-on experience in operations management and service business systems. He has worked with commercial service contractors on software implementation, field service workflows, scheduling optimization, and process improvement — with a focus on building operations that are measurable, repeatable, and scalable. Hugh will serve as the day-to-day operator following acquisition.
Lindsay Kaiser, CPA
Lindsay is a licensed CPA with more than a decade of public accounting experience. She has advised middle-market business owners on tax strategy, financial reporting, and business transactions — including buy-side and sell-side work. Her background spans accounting systems, financial analysis, and owner advisory services, giving KS Operators a strong financial foundation from due diligence through closing and long-term ownership.
